Privacy Overview

‘Sticker Maker’ is an editor and platform operated by Brain Craft Limited (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) to create, edit, transform, and share unique custom stickers and user-generated content, including features powered by artificial intelligence. The developer respects your privacy.

This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains our privacy practices for the Service. It describes the ways your personal information, data, User-Generated Content (UGC), and uploaded media processed by AI models are collected, used, and protected through our mobile application. It also describes the rights and options available to you with respect to your information.

It is your decision to provide us with your personal information. You are not legally obligated to provide us with this information, but we need it to provide you with the App's full functionality.

This policy is incorporated into our End User License Agreement & Terms of Service (the “Terms”) and forms an integral part of them.

1. Information We Collect: We collect information you provide, content you upload (stickers, images, text prompts), and automatically generated diagnostic data to provide and improve the App.
2. AI Processing: Uploaded images and text prompts processed via Google Gemini AI are handled ephemerally to generate stickers and are subjected to automated safety guardrails.
3. User-Generated Content (UGC): Uploaded stickers, images, and profile data may be stored and displayed to other users if published publicly.
4. Content Moderation: We filter and moderate UGC and AI inputs/outputs to prevent objectionable, abusive, or unlawful content.
5. Automatically Collected Information: Analytical and performance data collected via third-party tools (e.g., Firebase, Crashlytics, AdMob).
6. Third-Party Services: Trusted service providers help deliver analytics, advertising, photo editing, and AI generation infrastructure.
7. Security: Industry-standard security measures are implemented, though no system is 100% immune to unauthorized access.
8. Children's Privacy: You must be 13+ years of age to use the App. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
9. Data Deletion & User Control: You can remove your UGC and request full account and data deletion at any time directly in the App.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

A. Information You Actively Provide Us

• Account Information: If you create an account, we collect your username, email address, profile avatar, and account credentials.
• Feedback and Correspondence: Information shared when responding to surveys, requesting customer support, or contacting us.

B. User-Generated Content (UGC)

When you create, edit, upload, or publish content within the App, we collect and store:

• Custom images, stickers, graphics, sticker pack titles, descriptions, tags, and comments.
• Public profile details associated with your published sticker packs.
• Moderation logs, user flags/reports, and blocked user records associated with your account.

C. AI Inputs and Uploaded Media

When you use our AI sticker generation features powered by Google Gemini, we collect and process:

• Uploaded Images & Photos: Photos or images you select or capture to transform into custom stickers via AI.
• Text Prompts: Text descriptions, keywords, or instructions provided to generate or style stickers.
• Ephemeral Processing: Uploaded source photos and prompts are transmitted to Google Gemini AI servers solely for the purpose of generating your requested sticker and are not retained on active servers beyond the generation processing window.

Note: We will never ask you to send us or submit to the Service any sensitive personal data related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, health, biometric, or genetic information.

USE CAUTION AND COMMON SENSE: When creating or sharing content containing personal information of yourself or others, remember that public content may be viewed by other users. You are solely responsible for any content that you post or share.

2. AUTOMATICALLY COLLECTED INFORMATION

• Device Information: Mobile device model, operating system type/version, unique device identifiers (e.g., IDFA, GAID), language settings, and IP address through which you access the Service.
• Analytical Data: We use third-party analytics tools (e.g., Firebase by Google, Crashlytics, AppsFlyer) to log session duration, feature usage, UI interactions, app start/stop timestamps, crash reports, and retention metrics.
• In-App Events: Activity information regarding how you create, export, generate via AI, and interact with sticker packs and advertisements.

3. CONTENT MODERATION, REPORTING & AI SAFETY (UGC & AI GUARDRAILS)

To maintain a safe community and comply with platform safety guidelines:

• Objectionable Content Filtering: We employ automated scanning technology and manual moderation to detect and filter objectionable material (including nude/sexually explicit content, violent media, hate speech, harassment, and copyright violations) prior to or upon publication.
• AI Prompt & Output Guardrails: Automated safety filters scan all user prompts and image inputs before processing through the Google Gemini API. Inputs attempting to generate explicit, illegal, violent, hate-oriented, or infringing content are automatically blocked. AI-generated outputs are subject to the same zero-tolerance moderation rules as manual UGC.
• User Reporting Mechanism: Users can flag or report any objectionable UGC, AI-generated sticker, or abusive profile directly within the App using the "Report" feature. We review reported content and take appropriate action (content removal, account suspension, or permanent ban) within 24 hours.
• User Blocking Mechanism: Users can block abusive users directly within the App. Blocking hides the blocked user's content immediately and prevents further interactions.
• Zero-Tolerance Policy: We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against objectionable content and abusive behavior. Accounts violating our Terms or Privacy Policy will be terminated immediately.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & COPYRIGHT (DMCA)

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe any sticker, user-uploaded content, or AI-generated output infringes upon your copyright or trademark rights, please send a written takedown notice to support@braincraftapps.com containing:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
2. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing (e.g., link, sticker pack name, or image screenshot).
3. Your full contact information (email address and phone number).

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES & ADVERTISING

We partner with trusted third-party service providers to deliver infrastructure, analytics, photo editing, advertising, and AI processing. These third parties may collect information sent by your device under their respective privacy policies.

6. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use collected data solely for compatible purposes, including:

• Service Provision: Creating, saving, generating via AI, displaying, and sharing your custom stickers and sticker packs.
• Safety & Moderation: Detecting, preventing, and investigating fraud, security breaches, copyright infringement, inappropriate AI prompts, and objectionable UGC.
• Customer Support: Responding to inquiries, moderation reports, and technical feedback.
• App Improvement: Diagnosing crashes, analyzing usage trends, and optimizing app performance and AI feature response times.

7. DATA RETENTION, DELETION & ACCOUNT DELETION

• Content Deletion: You can delete your custom stickers, AI-generated stickers, or published sticker packs directly inside the App at any time.
• In-App Account Deletion: If you created an account, you can initiate complete account deletion directly from the App settings menu.
• Data Erasure Requests: You may request complete erasure of your personal data, UGC, and support history by emailing us at support@braincraftapps.com. Upon account deletion, all associated stickers, profiles, and personal data will be permanently purged from active databases.

8. MINOR'S PRIVACY

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly or intentionally collect personal information or UGC from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

9. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any modifications will be effective immediately upon posting in the App. Your continued use of the Service following an update signifies your acceptance of the revised Policy.
